Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This notice describes your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict any mandatory rights that apply in your country.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you or that third party receive the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires. Prior approval from us is not required.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before that 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory right.

Made-to-order clothing and faulty goods

Our standard designs are produced after an order is placed, but they are not personalised to your individual specifications. Production on demand alone does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact support@projectoptimal.net with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. The customer-paid return costs described above apply to ordinary withdrawal, not to costs we must bear when remedying a valid defect claim. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. We do not limit these rights to our manufacturer's internal claim period.
