Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

Our clothing is produced after you place your order. Delivery takes up to 14 working days, including production, from receipt of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If a delay occurs, we will inform you; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery destinations

We deliver to the countries available for selection at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery address and the items ordered. If your destination is not available, contact support@projectoptimal.net before ordering. We do not promise delivery to destinations that our checkout does not support.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Orders containing two or more items receive free standard shipping automatically in all countries to which we deliver. Two units of the same item also qualify. Free shipping does not cover customs duties or charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers.

Prices and customs duties

Displayed product prices include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before purchase.

Customs duties may apply depending on the destination and the origin of the shipment. Where payable on delivery, these duties and related customs-clearance charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our free-shipping offer. Such charges are determined by the relevant authorities or carrier, not by Project Optimal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will email you when your order is shipped and provide tracking information where available. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Please check your delivery details before ordering. For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact support@projectoptimal.net with your order number. We remain your contact for resolving delivery issues; contacting the carrier does not replace your rights against us.
